Q. Do I need to Register / Create a User Account on Manchipustakam.in to order books?

A. Yes! If you have not already created an account, you will need to create a user account / register during checkout to place orders. In case you already have an account you will need to login before checking out. Registration is fairly simple – all you need is a valid email address and password. You can provide the Billing and Shipping addresses during checkout. The information provided by you is safe with us and will never be shared unlawfully with anyone.


Q. How to place orders?

A. Select the product you like by browsing the shop on sdfllp.com and view product details either by clicking on the product thumbnail or product title. You can have more options and sorting features when you visit the Shop page.

On the product page, you will be able to select the variant if any and quantity and you will find an “Add to cart” button. Click on it to add it to your online cart or shopping list.

The same can be repeated for other products you are interested to purchase. Once you are done adding your chosen products to the cart, visit the cart by clicking on the ‘View your shopping cart’ icon () on top-right side in the main navigation area and click on the ‘checkout’ button.

You will need to add or verify shipping and billing addresses during checkout. In case you are not already registered or logged in to your account with us, you will be presented with a simple form to login or create a new account here. Follow the next steps outlined here to complete your orders.


Q. How to make payments for the orders?

A. We currently accept two forms of payment. Bank Transfer and Cheque payments. You will be presented these choices during checkout. For making payment through BACS or Online Bank Transfer, please make your payments as per the instructions and provide us with the details through email on [email protected]. You can also call us on +91-40-23608892 on working days so that we can check if the payment has succeeded.

Q. How do I track an order I have placed?

A. You can track your orders here. Enter the order number or the email id you used during checkout and you can view the status of your order.


Q. How are orders shipped?

A. Once your payments are processed, your orders are shipped through India Post by Speed Post or similar Parcel/Courier/Logistics service.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. At present shipping is available only within India.


Q. How are your products packed?

A. We use PP food safe material in Transparent packaging presented in a food grade plastic box that helps retain the nutrition value and flavors during transit and afterwards.


Q. Can I return the products I ordered, if I do not like them?
